("MoveEV," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information obtained from visitors to our marketing website (www.moveev.com), users of our SaaS application (app.moveev.com), and users of our payment gateway (directpay.moveev.com) (collectively, the "Services").

SaaS Application (
Account Registration (All Users): We collect your name and email address. Administrators may also provide company details.
At-Home Charging Users: We collect your home charging address to associate charging events correctly. To facilitate accurate reimbursement calculations, we also collect information from your electric utility bill, which you provide. This utility bill information is used solely for this purpose and is only accessible to MoveEV and you (the user).
DirectPay Reimbursement Recipients: If you are an at-home charging user receiving reimbursements via our DirectPay service, we collect your bank account and routing number to facilitate these payments.
Payments Gateway ( When making payments to fund reimbursements, we collect the payer's name, email address, billing address, and payment card information. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information unless you explicitly opt-in for future use.
b) Information Collected Automatically:
All Services: When you access our Services, we may automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages visited, links clicked, and the dates/times of your visits.

Note: Information from your electric utility bill, provided by at-home charging users, is used solely for reimbursement calculations and is not shared with any third parties except as strictly necessary for the calculation and payment process or as required by law.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Generally, we retain personal data associated with reimbursements and accounts for a period of 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations, or as long as needed to provide the Services and comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After this period, we will securely delete or anonymize your information.
